TOKI will put up for auction 500 land plots in 28 provinces, including Istanbul, Ankara and Izmir, according to the portal Emlaksayfasi. These are industrial facilities, warehouses, medical institutions, and even a gas station. There are also sites designed for residential development.
The initial payment is 35%, the remaining amount can be paid in installments for 4 years (48 months).
The auction will take place on July 18-19, 2023; the total starting price of the lots offered – 11,228,131,685 Turkish lira, and their total area is about 2,856,063 square meters.
Land plots are located in the provinces of Adana, Ankara, Antalya, Aydin, Balikesir, Bursa, Canakkale, Diyarbakir, Elazig, Eskisehir, Gaziantep, Istanbul, Izmir, Kayseri, Kocaeli, Konya, Kutakhya, Manisa, Mardin, Mersin, Mugla, Osmaniye, Sivas, Sanliurfa, Tekirdag, Tokat, Ushak and Van.
Land on favorable terms in Turkey can really be purchased, including foreigners. In addition to TOKI, auctions are held by municipalities and other organizations, not to mention the sale of land from private owners. For example, Ankara Municipality recently offered 21 plots. Istanbul Municipality also announced a sale.
