Good news for foreigners already living in Antalya or planning to move there for a long stay: an information and consultation center has opened in the «resort capital» of Turkey. the purpose of which is to settle all issues arising from citizens of other states located in the territory of this province.
That is, this organization will perform functions similar to visa centers at the Russian consulate, but not only: it will be possible to apply here for updating a foreign passport, regarding the registration of necessary documents including translation, notarial translation and apostille. The company is also ready to help with the registration and submission of documents for a residence permit, including the search for free slots (temporary «windows») for interviews, which for many recently arrived is the main problem: a lot is unclear.
Previously, private «helpers» were called to advise on such issues, and many in fact turned out to be scammers and disappeared with the money, without having provided the promised service.
Now there is an official organization in which you can safely ask for help and not worry. The center's services are paid, but they are guaranteed to help customers. In particular, they undertake to provide a slot for an interview within the next month, which now, with the sharply increased popularity of Antalya, is a rare success if you book an interview on the official website yourself).
You can also get an accelerated procedure for submitting documents for a fee. The list of services provided and prices for them are posted on the official website of the structure, www.consulprime.com.tr.
The beginning of the center's work was officially announced by the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in Antalya.
Recall that recently there have been many initiatives designed to protect the interests of foreigners buying housing in Turkey. In particular, the system of electronic verification of the seller's identity will help to avoid TAPU forgeries.
The country is very interested in investors from abroad, in citizens of the Russian Federation in particular; without Russians and Ukrainians in 2022, home sales to buyers from other countries would have decreased by 40%.
