The owners are asking for a single aidat for combined apartments

Real estate buyers in Turkey are increasingly requesting the opportunity to pay one aidat (monthly fee) for residences that are bought by one owner and, having bought, combines them. Recently, taking into account the fact that more and more investors are buying more than one apartment in Turkey. Often buyers take lots in the neighborhood and combine the residences into one.

So, the question was on the agenda: whether to pay two aidats for such combined apartments, or still one? The owners insist on one thing, especially since disputes over the size of the aidat in Turkey have been going on for a long time. However, in the ownership document, such lots are still considered independent plots.

Nevertheless, lawyers clarify that it is extremely difficult to implement this. Almost the only way to pay a single aidat for combined apartments is to include this solution in the management plan of the cite (residential complex).

Moreover, this does not guarantee success: after all, any of the minority of dissenters has every right to file a lawsuit and seek to overturn the decision.

So, experts do not recommend seeking a single aidat, at least because it is both a very time-consuming and very costly process.

As for other service issues, the increase in gas and electricity prices forces residents to look for alternatives.
