Manufacturers of factory prefabricated houses in early summer announced two promotions with special prices at once.
In June, a 2 + 1 house with an area of 55 sq.m on its own plot can be built for 179 900 TL, 2 + 1 - for 290 000 -325 000 TL. Well, we remind you that for such a prefabricated housing, you can get state support in the amount of 200 000 Turkish lira (TL). Although not everyone can count on it, still the conditions are quite loyal. And if you subtract 200 000 from 290 000 or 325 000, then the prices for your own real estate turn into ridiculous.
It also became known about the current second promotion, for 3+1 format houses (with three bedrooms). For such a one-storey prefabricated house with an area of 112 sq.m, manufacturers are now asking for only 500 000 TL. In some cases, small discounts are provided for this amount - in addition, we repeat, the opportunity to receive state support in the amount of 0.2 million TL.
Prefabricated houses have now become a good alternative for land owners, in light of the fact that construction costs have increased, and the "assortment" of vacant residential lots on the market is declining.
