This forecast has been given by Turkish developers and realtors, expecting that with the opening of a number of international destinations in August 2020, the volume of home sales in Turkey to foreigners will sharply increase. The sellers’ forecast is that sales to residents of other countries will increase from 45,483 objects (last year's result) to 65,000 objects by the end of 2020. Meanwhile, the intermediate sales figures of sales this year have reached the level of over 14,000 properties.
