The Department of Mass Housing Construction (TOKI) together with the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change will sell 17 land plots in Antalya to the government. Moreover, the plots are free of VAT. The initial payment will be 25%, the remaining amount can be repaid within 36 months.
The lands have different purposes: for residential, commercial development, etc. The auction will take place in less than 10 days - on October 13, 2022, at 10.30. Applications for participation in the auction are already accepted electronically.
Allotments intended for sale are located in Konyaalti and Manavgat districts; their size ranges from 360 square meters (minimum) to 23,312 square meters (largest). The starting price varies from 1.051 million to 279.744 million Turkish lira (TL).
