The segment of «factory-built houses» - ready-made standard buildings that can be erected on their own land in a minimum period of time - is actively developing. Prices for already more or less run-in models from familiar manufacturers are updated from time to time. This happens about once a season - in spring, summer, etc.
The offer is becoming wider. After all, right now buyers are actively interested in prefabricated villas with reinforced concrete construction.
The option of a two-storey «factory villa» with an area of approximately 250 square meters has become particularly popular, since the prices for the construction of a similar «from scratch», including project development, materials, etc., are not comparable with the boxed «ready-made» option. Which is quite realistic to build and deliver «turnkey» in an average of 15 days.
At the same time, prefabricated factory villas are not inferior to traditional ones in a number of parameters. In particular, in terms of durability: while factories that manufacture prefabricated housing usually provide a 10-year warranty, the service life of a prefabricated villa can be 50 years.
Manufacturers specify that the mentioned period can be extended as the quality of the material used improves.
Currently, the price of a two-storey prefabricated villa with an area of 250 square meters ranges from 800,000 to 1 million Turkish lira (TL). Moreover, such buildings can even be classified as elite housing.
