A giant project for almost nine thousand residential residences in Northern Cyprus has loudly "declared". This is perhaps the most ambitious project in this region, implemented by Afik Group; the name for it was chosen appropriately - Caesar Resort.
What is known about it?
Caesar Resort is a complex with the largest living area in the region and high investment value; 8,700 lots are planned in it, and the resort will be built in nine stages.
What else is known about the complex:
residence formats - 1+1, 2+1, 3+1, 4+1 and 5+1;
area - from 52 sq.m.;
the minimum cost (for lots 1 + 1) ranges from 102,000 to 133,000 pounds; sterling (let's clarify that prices in Northern Cyprus are in pounds);
for any type of residences, interest-free installment options are available from 24 to 80 months; subject to an entry fee of 30-50%;
the infrastructure of the mega-resort will include outdoor and indoor, as well as children's pools, its own water park, a barbecue area in the garden, a gym, a supermarket, a children's educational center, a Mediterranean restaurant, a SPA and a beauty center. A travel agency will also be located on the territory allocated for commercial premises. Car rental is also provided.
At the moment, six of the nine queues are ready; the construction of the 7th, 8th and 9th is in full swing. It is planned to pass them in a year (seventh), in two years (eighth) and in three years (ninth).
