Sinpaş Tabiat villas under construction in Sanjaktepe (Istanbul province, Asian side) are scheduled to be commissioned in 2026.
In total, 45 villas are being built here, of three types - 40 as if "double" and five detached, including options "with a private pool" and "without a pool". Moreover, at the moment there is a possibility of installments for 72 months with an interest rate of only 1.29%, with a 25% down payment and two interim payments.
Istanbul, by the way, is actively being built up, but there are not so many "free" lands for residential construction here. Therefore, new complexes with villas are rare. Nevertheless, some developers are looking for options: one of them is Yeni Levent Modern. But more residential complexes with apartments are being built, including even mini-complexes of only 10 residences.
Those companies from which it was difficult to expect this before are also switching to development activities in the megalopolis: for example, the Turkish Airlines complex continues to be built on the territory of the Arnavutkey district, and THY has announced more ambitious plans.
