Izmir is loved by many large developers, and it is here that they often prefer to build their most significant projects. It has just become known that changes have been made to the large Folkart Konak project at the last minute - the number of residential residences here will increase from 292 to 643, and non-commercial premises like offices - from 398 to 980. Some time ago, the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change just received a request to scale the Folkart Konak project, which will cost 1,619,244,806 Turkish lira (TL).
Folkart Konak will be built in three blocks: A, B and C. The formats of residential residences vary from 1+1 to 5+1.
After scaling, there will be much more parking spaces (up to 1,375), social zones on the ground floors, commercial premises. Folkart Konak also includes 8000 square meters of landscaped areas, indoor and outdoor pools, spa center, sauna, fitness; as well as a playground and a special decorative pool.
A month earlier, Folkart announced another of its new projects, also in Izmir: Folkart Nova.
