The housing stock of Izmir Province will be replenished by another new complex from the TOKI Mass Housing Construction Department. It will appear in Aliaga, and 614 new residences are planned in the complex at once.
It also implies the construction of 32 commercial premises, according to preliminary plans, these will be shops and trade enterprises; there will be a private mosque in this "microdistrict project.
The name of the complex was chosen taking into account the location - Izmir Aliağa. The tender for the selection of a contractor who will implement the project will be held on July 4, 2023.
