Now Milli Emlak is trying in this way to draw attention to the «state-owned» territories that are currently idle unclaimed. Milli Emlak hopes to interest more investors in such a transaction format. For example, in the province of Kastamonu, 11 plots previously owned by state structures were put up for sale. The lowest price for a plot of land mentioned was 210 thousand Turkish lira (TL), the area of such a plot is 1,270 square meters.
At the same time, the minimum price for a used car, previously used in state organizations, is now announced as 35,000 TL, the maximum is 110,000 TL. At the same time, investors who will pay from 320,000 TL as part of the current «special offer» for the sale of plots can get a used car for free.
Open auctions in Kastamonu, one of the «pioneers» of this action, will be held on November 9, 2022.
