Developer Pacific GYO has officially announced the start of pre-sales in its next project Next Level Istanbul, which will appear in the largest Turkish metropolis.
The more precise location of the new residential complex is Besiktas; the facade also faces Buyukdere Street - one of the main "blood arteries" of this area.
Next Level Istanbul will be a complex of three blocks of variable number of storeys: block A - 19 floors, block B - 20 floors, and block C - 8 floors. The projected building area is 103,909 square meters.
Pacific GYO reported that as of the first quarter of the year, field research on this project has begun; preparations for sales have been completed, so that pre-sales have successfully started.
Recall that Besiktas is one of the most prestigious areas of the largest Turkish metropolis, it has always been expensive. Well, Istanbul is the leader in the number of skyscrapers in Turkey; by the way, the country has become a "champion" in the whole of Europe in terms of the number of notorious skyscrapers.
