After the earthquake in Dyuzdzha, citizens will be offered an interest-free loan for housing

The authorities are trying to minimize the consequences of the recent strong tremors in Dyuzdzha, due to which a number of buildings were damaged.

Interior Minister Suleiman Soylu and Minister of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change Murat Kurum arrived in the earthquake area immediately after it; representatives of both departments made important statements. In particular, it became known that with the approval of the president, those wishing to acquire new housing will be provided with an interest-free loan for 20 years (that is, with a zero-interest rate) and, moreover, with a 5-year grace period - that is, the first five years of loan payments cannot be made at all.

Moreover, with the submission of the President of the Republic of Turkey, residents of Duzce will be provided with a subsidy of almost 50% for housing.

To receive all the mentioned benefits, you need to contact the offices of the mayor, governor and their deputies, providing the relevant documents.

Recall that the earthquake of magnitude 5.9 in Duzja was felt, including in the provinces of Ankara, Istanbul, Sakarya, Bursa and Kocaeli.

Earlier, the Turkish authorities reported that those who purchase their first-ever housing will be pleased with a special subsidy.
