The new Porto Mare Bodrum resort project, implemented by Mim Proje Inşaat, is being built in the Gulf of Akcabiuk (Bodrum Province). This is another project entirely of villas, which have recently been announced more and more often.
Porto Mare Bodrum is located within walking distance from the village of Akyarlar and the popular local market; and 10 minutes from the marina of Turgutreis. From here it is easy to get to Turgutreis, Gyumyushlyuk, Ortakent, with their entertainment and "city" life.
In the Porto Mare Bodrum complex there are 31 residences in the formats 2+1, 3+1 and 4+2; again, all these are villas.
In particular:
villas with 2 bedrooms and 1 living room with an area of 100 square meters and a cost of 649 000 euros;
villas with 3 bedrooms and 1 living room with an area of 166 square meters and a cost of 1.1 million euros;
villas with 4 bedrooms and 2 living rooms with an area of 270 square meters and a cost of 1.75 million euros.
for villas with 4 bedrooms and 2 living rooms, the media has not yet announced the price; it is only specified that each such villa, in addition to the pool, also has its own garden.
It is possible to purchase with an initial payment of 40%; the developer plans to put the complex into operation in November 2023.
Another Bodrum project that we recently talked about is Armada Praxis Yalikavak Geriş Villas in Yalikavak. In winter, a project from Nef has also been announced, which will be managed by the Kempinski hotel operator.
