Turkish popular TV presenter bought luxury apartment in Bodrum

Turkish celebrities continue to acquire resort housing in secluded areas of the seacoast. Months of quarantine and restrictions associated with the coronavirus pandemic have reduced the attractiveness of housing in urban areas: celebrities are massively buying houses and villas in small villages by the sea. Today, Turkish media report have reported that the popular Turkish actress and TV presenter Burcu Emirsoy, "one of the most beautiful and beloved persons on the Turkish screen," bought a luxury apartment in Bodrum at a big discount. The TV presenter bought the stylish apartment, which cost 4 million liras, at 2 million liras: apparently, on condition that the star widely informs the media about her purchase and attracts new buyers to the residential complex.

It is reported that the celebrity's choice fell on Caresse The Residences (see photo), a low-rise residence on the front line built between Bodrum and Bitez Bay in an amazingly beautiful location. The 1+1 apartment (120 m2), which was bought by Burcu Emirsoy, cost about 4 million liras (460 thousand euros) according to the developer's price list, but the TV presenter got it for 2 million lira (230 thousand euros). The tabloids state that the developer offered the celebrity such a generous discount in exchange for advertising their complex on social networks.
