Gulshen (a popular Turkish singer and song-writer with more than 200 million views on YouTube) bought a villa in the vicinity of Bodrum. Gulshen has been planning to buy property by the sea for a long time. Arriving with her family in Bodrum, the most fashionable and prestigious resort city in Turkey, the pop diva viewed luxury houses on the coast with the price tags from 5 to 15 million lire, which she found on the Internet. Gulshen chose a villa 18 km from Bodrum, in the secluded resort of Yalikavak (eastern coast of the Aegean Sea). A two-storey modernist style house (in the picture), with a fireplace and interesting design from the popular Turkish designer Farukh Malkhan, was built in the elite village of Bakraz Residences. The village, which looks like a fortress on the front line of the Aegean Sea, has a protected area and a swimming pool. The stylish villa in the seaside town popular with yachtsmen cost seven million lire (about €876,000).
