Families with a small income who want to have their own house – namely a house, not an apartment – will have a chance to realize their dream this year: the TOKI Mass Housing Construction Department announced that this year for the first time it will offer the poor not only preferential apartments, but also «social» land.
In addition to the hundreds of thousands of residences available with a minimum entry fee and a convenient payment schedule in installments, program participants will be given the opportunity to purchase 100,000 land plots.
They will be offered to interested parties in 41 provinces. Namely: Adana, Ankara, Aydin, Afyonkarakhisar, Aksaray, Antalya, Balikesir, Bilechik, Bitlis, Bursa, Canakkale, Denizli, Diyarbakir, Elazig, Edirne, Eskisehir, Gaziantep, Istanbul, Izmir, Karaman, Kayseri, Kyrykkale, Kirshehir, Kocaeli, Konya, Malatya, Manisa, Mardin, Mersin, Mugla, Nevsehir, Osmaniye, Sakarya, Samsun, Sanliurfa, Tekirdag, Tokat, Ushak, Van and Zonguldak.
People who have received «social» land plot will have the opportunity to build their own house on it in accordance with the zoning plan. The plots have already been connected to water supply, sewerage, electricity; other infrastructure has been prepared.
In addition, 50,000 places of employment (jobs) will be sold on preferential terms.
