A great opportunity has appeared for those wishing to purchase land in Izmir and the surrounding area: the municipality of this province plans to sell 29 plots at once. Moreover, prices start from only 900 000 Turkish lira (TL).
The tender for the sale of land plots in Izmir will be held on April 13, 2023 at 14:00. The area of allotments varies from 30 to 3430 square meters.
Most of the lots are located in the Bornov area: 18 at once. 6 more - in the Chigli area, 4 - in Bucha, and one "center" plot - in the Konak area.
