In one of the most popular areas of Alanya, Mahmutlar, the construction of a special territory for walking pets has begun.
The territory in the form of a small park will appear in the area of the embankment, near Kargicak - another district of the city. The Park will be equipped with special structures for training dogs, as well as everything necessary for the convenience of their owners.
Recall that for the first time the "leisure for four-legged" at the resort was taken care of three years ago: at the beginning of February 2020, right before the pandemic, the media reported on the 420 square meter "leisure area for pets" implemented by the Department of Parks and Gardens of the Municipality of Alanya. It is located in the Hadget Mahallesi Akcalyoglu Park. The manager of Alanya Municipal Parks and Gardens, Nazmi Uyar, said at the time: "We are doing everything possible to ensure that animals live in a happy urban environment".
Alanya - one of the key resorts of Antalya province - continues to develop actively, improving transport, social and tourist infrastructure. A new medical center is being built here; last fall they announced the opening of a special Therapeutic Park. In the foreseeable future, a broadband highway will connect Alanya with Antalya.
