The authorities have finally begun to officially provide information concerning the details of the housing company "My first House" not only for the poor, but already for the so-called middle-class. As part of this campaign, citizens who purchase housing will be provided with a housing loan with an interest rate of 0.69% per month with a maturity of 15 years, valid only in case of purchase of a new building.
It is curious that after the announcement of these details, prices for a number of apartments began to rise, although it was assumed that the mass of social housing that would be "brought" to the market should, on the contrary, reduce the hype. Nevertheless, in some places the cost of housing began to rise: by about 10%. And somewhere more.
Industry representatives note that such an increase in housing prices looks clearly artificial. And although there are changes in prices in the advertisements, this clearly does not reflect the real situation.
Anyway, applications for participation in the "My New Home" campaign will be accepted from middle-income households on January 16, 2023.
