On November 1, 2022, TOKI Department of Mass Housing Construction, with the support of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, will hold a tender to select a contractor for the new Bursa Gemlik project in Bursa, the fourth largest metropolis in Turkey. The complex will appear in the Cihatlı quarter.
The project subordinate to TOKI is planned to be very large: 509 residences at once, and of the key infrastructure facilities there is also an elementary school with 12 classes plus a mosque. Of course, large-scale landscaping of the adjacent territory is also planned.
Recall that by the end of the first half of the year, some areas of Bursa were included in the list of locations in high demand. Periodically, social real estate sales, in particular, office housing, are also held in the metropolis.
