The official statistics of residential real estate transactions in Ankara for November 2022 have just been published.
During the eleventh month of the year, incomplete ten thousand housing units were sold in the capital of the Republic of Turkey: 9,367. This is 8% of the total volume in the country. 1,796 lots were sold for mortgages, which is 57.7% less than in November 2021.
7571 residences were sold in Ankara without attracting mortgage loans.
The number of sold lots in new buildings in November was 899, in the "secondary" segment – 7,468.
Foreigners purchased 127 lots in the capital in the eleventh month of the year.
Recall that on the territory of Ankara province, you can buy not only residential real estate, but also land plots: one of the auctions took place just a week ago.
As for housing, a lot of high-status residential complexes from well-known developers are being built in the capital, a new project for more than seven hundred residences has recently been announced.
