List of Turkish hotels broken due to coronavirus and put up for auction published

Several popular Turkish hotels will soon be sold at public auction. The reason for the urgent sale at reduced prices is the bankruptcy that was caused by coronavirus. According to Turkish media reports, the following hotels will be sold under the hammer:

  • Martı Myra Hotel (five stars, capacity - 553 rooms, Antalya, Tekirova), starting sale price - 34 million euros (278.5 million lira);
  • Hotel Les Ottomans (five stars, capacity - 10 rooms, Istanbul, Besiktas), starting price - 54 million euros (440 million lira);
  • Lykia World Links Golf (five stars, capacity - 1200 rooms, Antalya, Manavgat), starting price - 44 million euros (360 million lira);
  • Pineta Park Deluxe (four stars, capacity - 230 rooms, Mugla, Marmaris), starting price - 8.3 million euros (67 million 750 thousand lira);
  • Eco Dream Club Sea Resort, abandoned before the coronavirus pandemic (the hotel had five stars, capacity of 290 rooms, Antalya, Kemer), starting price - 11.9 million euros (96.5 million lira);
  • Orient Resort Hotel Fethiye (four stars, capacity - 314 rooms, Mugla, Fethiye), starting price - 3.45 million euros (28 million lira).

Belcekiz Beach Club (five stars, capacity - 213 rooms, Mugla, Fethiye), starting price - 13.7 million euros (111 million 794 thousand lira).
