The TÜIK Institute of Statistics announced data on the number of housing transactions in May 2023 in Bursa, the fourth largest settlement in Turkey.
4,216 residential units have found owners here in a month. For Bursa, the total volume of housing transactions in the country for May was 3.7%: Bursa was in fifth place, after Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir and Antalya. Recall that in April, she also got into TOP-5 for deals.
1,189 mortgage transactions were recorded; 3,027 transactions took place without mortgage lending.
As for the segment of new buildings, 1,274 lots were sold in Bursa in May; in the secondary real estate segment - more than twice as much (2,942 lots).
