The segment of "factory" prefabricated housing continues to gain popularity. New formats are appearing in it, and sales of certain products are becoming more frequent - ready-made houses that can be assembled and put on an existing site in a matter of days.
In June 2023, another discount was announced for another interesting product - two-storey "prefabricated" villas. Such a two-level house with an area of 123 to 147 sq.m is quite realistic to build for less than a million Turkish lira (947,900 TL). At the time of writing the news, this is about 3.5 million rubles - the price of an apartment in the Moscow region.
Recall that prefabricated houses have been in high demand for the last year and a half. Especially after new technical developments have made them more durable, and a variety of models have appeared. When buyers appreciated the advantages - the quality of such housing is now not much different from capital buildings - they began to actively request them.
But since such a prefabricated house can only be built on land owned, buyers are now also increasingly interested in land plots on the outskirts of cities.
The first sudden flurry of requests for factory houses occurred during the pandemic, then it "settled down" somewhat, but now it has resumed.
Prices for the simplest prefabricated houses start from 100 thousand liras; in addition, subsidies for the poor are assumed.
