Fenercioğlu Gayrimenkul Company (Fenercioğlu A.Ş) has started the construction of a huge project for 3,000 apartments in Northern Cyprus (TRNC). This large residential complex will be called Costal Heaven.
It will be located in Gaziveren, a new area of Cyprus for residential development. In addition, it will be especially attractive for tourists.
1,050 apartments will be built during the first phase, and the entire residential complex will be put into operation within four years. In addition to 3,000 residential lots, Costal Heaven has its own supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, gyms, covered parking lots, spas, cinemas and outlet.
Fenercioğlu A.Ş has been engaged in construction, urban transformation projects and agriculture for many years. Founded in 2014 by the current Chairman of the Board of Directors, civil engineer Aycan Fenercioğlu, it is among the leaders in its sector. The company implements its projects not only in Turkey (including the resort of Bodrum), but also in Spain and Northern Cyprus, a popular destination for residential real estate investments. The payback period here in 2023 has been reduced to 10-12 years, depending on the features of the project and its location.
