Folkart, one of the well-known development companies in Turkey, has officially announced the launch of its new project in the center of Izmir. The name for it was chosen Folkart Nova, and it will be erected next to another complex - Folkart Vega.
The investment value of Folkart Nova - the "neighbor" of Folkart Vega - is about 2 billion Turkish lira (TL). It has planned 176 high-class residences, which will be located in three buildings.
Folkart Nova is predicted to become the "new symbol of luxury" in Izmir. The "tower" buildings will be placed so that a panoramic view opens from most of the residences. The project will use the most high-class materials; in addition, Folkart Nova will be equipped with the latest smart home automation systems
The formats of apartments here are different: from 1 + 1 to 4+ 1. Residences 3+1 and 4+1 will have an area of 150 to 196 square meters.
At the moment, the foundation has been laid at Folkart Nova; about 1,500 employees work at the construction site. Completion of the work is expected at the end of 2024.
Recall that Izmir, one of the largest cities in Turkey, will soon be connected to the capital by a high-speed train line; it is more than half ready.
