Villa project in Şile will be completed in a year

Şeker Şile Evleri, a new up-market project in Şile, is already much coveted.

Optimal Project Management was selected as the contractor via a tender held by Şeker Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT).

Şeker Şile Evleri will be built in Istanbul Province, Şile seafront district, Çayırbaşı neighborhood. The tentative design was approved by the Şile municipality on February 25, 2022 and now all necessary documentation is being prepared.

The complex is supposed to be commissioned in October 2023, less than a year from now. The total area of the land plot is 11,282 square meters and the development area is 4,960 square meters. It will hold several dozens of buildings, including villas, a few household outbuildings, and a swimming pool with an area of almost 210 sq m.

The project is focused on eco-friendliness, ergonomics, and compliance with sustainable development requirements; specifically, it will use collected rainwater for watering landscaped green areas. Trees and other plants were selected for the complex based on the region’s climate.

There will be 14 villas, ten of them with an area of 185.17 sq m and four more, 225.84 sq m.

Şile is a community where those “in the know” prefer to invest. It’s not cheap but it has some important advantages. Seaside holidays are somewhat specific in Şile, as the local climate is considerably different from that on the Aegean Sea and the Antalya coast, but purchasing homes here is considered prestigious, so the value of residential properties is growing consistently.

Other resorts cannot complain of a demand shortage either: for instance, the rent on Antalya residences surged by 329% over the year, while Bodrum is flooded with foreigners who are purchasing every fourth apartment or house there this summer.
