A tender was held for a project approved by the Office of Mass Housing Construction (TOKI) in Van province: Van Yenimahalle. It means that TOKI is responsible for the implementation, but a contractor company will be selected to carry out the work.
The tender was conducted in electronic format. The future Van Yenimahalle project belongs to the segment of the so-called "affordable housing" for certain social categories of citizens. Work on the project is about to begin.
In addition to residential residences, a shopping center, a mosque, as well as all related infrastructure necessary for a comfortable life of citizens will appear in the infrastructure of the planned complex in the province of Van. The territory adjacent to the new residential complex will be properly landscaped.
