A new project of the Department of Mass Housing Construction for six and a half hundred residences has been announced in Istanbul: TOKI will offer future buyers a large complex for 648 lots at once.
The tender for the implementation of this major project was held on March 8, 2023, Emlaksayfasi clarifies. On the territory of the future Istanbul Çatalca Ferhatpaşa 2023, in addition to housing, there will also be 20 shops, a mosque, as well as all the infrastructure necessary for a comfortable life. Of course, large-scale works on the improvement of the adjacent territory are also planned.
In total, in Istanbul at the moment, despite the recent earthquake, development activity has not stopped: 166 residential complexes are waiting for their buyers at once. Among them is a huge complex from the developer Artaş Inşaat for almost eight hundred apartments, which is supposed to be put into operation in the coming November. That is, in a little more than six months.
