Developer DAP Yapı has officially announced the launch of his new project in Pendik, Istanbul. The estimated investment volume is more than 1.082 million Turkish liras (TL).
At the moment, the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change has started the mandatory process of assessing the potential impact of the new project on the environment.
The land area of the future DAP Yapı Pendik is 49,457 sq.m, and the planned building area is 86,211 sq.m. The formats of residences here vary from 1+1 to 4+1. The infrastructure of the new and very large-scale complex will include open and closed parking for hundreds of cars, two outdoor and one indoor swimming pool, as well as social facilities on the ground floor.
The location of DAP Yapı Pendik complex is very convenient: in the Pendik area (on the Asian side) very close to Sabiha Gokcen Airport, Kavakpynar Park and Marmara University.
The Dap Yapı Pendik project is planned to be commissioned a little more than three years after the start of excavation (after 37.5 months). 18 months have been allocated for land works + foundation + infrastructure works, rough construction - 15 months.
DAP Yapı, Polisan Holding A.Ş. is a «daughter» of Polisan Yapı.
Earlier it became known about the appearance of a new complex for 328 residences in the Basaksehir district.
