The construction of a large complex of villas Privatus Urla is gaining momentum, in one of the most popular resort areas of Izmir province. The developer is Ketenci Inşaat; construction is scheduled to be completed in March 2025.
The project consists of 116 detached villas, the area of which varies from 150 to 250 sq.m.; formats - 2 + 1, 4 +1 and 5 +1. Each villa has its own garden, swimming pool and garage.
