Artaş Inşaat collects preliminary applications from buyers for the purchase of residences in its new project - Avrupa Konutları Yenimahalle.
The complex, which will appear in Bagdzhylar, is designed for 780 residential and 48 commercial lots. The announced cost of the project is more than 0.8 billion Turkish liras: 810 261 434 TL.
A new "brainchild" of Artaş Inşaat will appear in the Kirazli quarter. The construction is planned to be completed in November 2023.
The formats of the proposed residences are 1+1 (there will be 13 of them), 2+1 (310 units) and 3+1 (457 units).
The complex is very conveniently located: there are two secondary schools within walking distance, and the popular Mall of Istanbul is located 3.2 km northwest of Avrupa Konutları Yenimahalle. The infrastructure will also include parking for 1 284 cars.
The construction of new projects in Istanbul as an earthquake-prone zone is now being approached especially carefully. Also in the metropolis, a check of buildings for stability has started at the request of owners and even at the request of tenants.
