The Ist Port Residence project in the capital of Turkey (Ankara) has officially started. 741 residences and 123 commercial facilities will be built here at once, most of them are shops.
The cost of Ist Port Residence is estimated at 191,989,440 Turkish liras (TL); an environmental impact assessment of the project is already underway.
Ist Port Residence will appear in the Susuz quarter of the Yenimahalle district. Commercial premises will occupy the first floors; the remaining floors of the four buildings (blocks A, B, C and D) will house more than seven hundred residences.
Six rooms from among the commercial premises are reserved for offices for staff service.
There are two parking lots on the territory of the complex: covered for 236 places and open for 141 cars.
The complex is also conveniently located in relation to the Istanbul Yolu metro station
The formats of apartments in Ist Port Residence are 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1. The construction of the facility is planned to be completed in November 2026.
Geographically located on the continent, Ankara is becoming more accessible to residents of other regions and tourists: several lines of high-speed electric trains will simplify transportation at once. Thanks to the Ankara-Sivas route, the journey will be reduced from 12 to 2 hours; the Ankara-Izmir branch line is also expected to open soon.
