The new project Oyak Maslak will appear in Maslak (Istanbul). Developer Oyak Inşaat has announced the start of work on a new project that will be erected next to Ayazağa Oyak Sitesi; it will include 413 residential lots and 12 commercial facilities.
Investments in the project amount to 1,382,306,829 Turkish liras (TL). Oyak Maslak will be implemented on a land plot of 18,352 square meters, the total building area is 159,213 square meters in four blocks. Blocks A, B and C will be intended for residential use, and block T for commercial use.
The environmental impact assessment process of Oyak Maslak has already begun.
As part of the new stylish residential complex, 116 residences of the 1+1 format, 182 of the 2+1 format, 42 of the 3+1 format, 9 of the 4+1 format, 43 of the 5+1 format, 20 of the 6+1 format will appear; and even one unique 8+1 residence with eight sleeping areas.
Also, the infrastructure will include indoor and outdoor pools, a fitness club with a sauna, parking for almost a thousand (to be more precise, 977) parking spaces and even its own museum. The area of the landscaped territory at the complex will reach 3,558 square meters.
It is expected that in the course of work at different stages of construction, from 500 to 1540 people will be involved in the project at a time.
Oyak Maslak has a very convenient location: Seyrantepe Hamidiye Etfal Hospital is just 120 meters away. The famous Nef Stadium is less than half a kilometer away, the Vadi Istanbul Shopping Center is 850 meters away, and the TEV Celalettin Buluğ Elementary School is 100 meters away.
It is also important that the nearest Istanbul airport to the complex is only 26 kilometers away.
Oyak Inşaat expects to meet the project in 3.5 years: commissioning is scheduled for October 2026.
"Iconic" residential complexes in the largest metropolis of Turkey continue to "declare themselves" one after another: in particular, pre-sales have recently been opened in Bakhchelievler. Well, more than one and a half hundred new Istanbul residential complexes are waiting for their buyers.
