A new landmark complex from the developer Som Yapı will decorate one of the Istanbul districts in the European part of the city, Bashkshehir.
The project was named Som Olimpiyat Konakları.There are 328 residences planned in 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1 formats; their area starts from 104, 161 and 216 square meters, respectively.
With a 50% down payment with installments for 18 months, 2 + 1 apartments can be purchased at a price of 4.182 million Turkish lira (TL), 3+1 – from 6.464 million TL, 4+1 – from 8.647 million TL.
There is also an option of a 25% down payment and installments for 24 months, but here the prices will be higher. Sales have already started.
The Som Olimpiyat Konakları complex is located five minutes from the Basaksehir National Garden, one minute from the Olympic Stadium and one minute from the metro station of the New Airport.
