Developer Ataseven Group, implementing the Atakent Didim Mavi project, announced that it offers special prices for the start of work.
Atakent Didim Mavi is being built in Akbuk (Didim resort, near Izmir).
Four residential real estate formats will appear in the complex with panoramic views of Akbuk Bay: apartments 2+1 (with two bedrooms, 30 lots) and 3+1 (with three bedrooms, 18 lots), as well as villas 2+1 (12 villas) and 3+1 (27 villas), a total of 87 residences.
The net area of 2+1 apartments in the project is 61 sq.m, and the net area of villas 2+1 – 108 sq.m.
The total area of the land plot on which Atakent Didim Mavi is being built is 13,091 sq.m, of which 9579 will become a green area.
The complex will have many social facilities, such as an adult swimming pool, a children's pool, a multifunctional sports ground, an outdoor fitness center, a children's playground and even an amphitheater.
The complex is planned to be put into operation in June 2024, that is, in about a year.
As for a more precise location, Atakent Didim Mavi is located 21 km from Didim, 46 km from Milas Airport (Bodrum), 78 km from Bodrum proper, 68 km from Kusadasi, 95 km from Aydin, and 150 km from Izmir.
Prices for residences in the Atakent Didim Mavi project start from 3.15 million Turkish lira (TL).
