The data on the new Istanbul project from among the most long-awaited have been officially announced. The Office of Mass Housing Construction (TOKI) with the support of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change.
According to the information on TOKI's official website, a new large complex for 622 residences will appear in the Aydinli quarter of Tuzla district. It will be called: Istanbul Tuzla.
In addition to residential real estate, there will be three stores. The tender for the project will be held on June 19, 2023.
I must say that Istanbul is being built up very actively now; every week, sales or pre-sales are announced in one or another residential complex, or even in several. So, the other day, pre-sales just started in three complexes at once under the "brand" Next Level. More recently, details of the Turkish Airlines' own development project in Yenisehir have become known.
So, the "movement" in the housing market of the largest Turkish metropolis does not subside; land plots, including those previously owned by the municipality, are being sold every now and then.
