The official launch of the KIPTAŞ - KIPTAŞ Karanfilköy project has been announced. So, in the very heart of Istanbul, 1361 new residences will appear at once.
The project will be implemented in partnership with MESA ASL ADI. The KIPTAŞ Karanfilköy complex will be built in the Besiktas district. The announced amount of investment - 3 168 904 852 Turkish Lira (TL).
A large-scale LCD will appear on a plot of 185,434 square meters. There will be 13 and a half hundred residential lots, 112 commercial facilities, 20 offices, as well as a mosque and a school.
KIPTAŞ Karanfilköy will consist of five sections - P1-P2-P3-P4-P5. Each section-block will have a different "set" of residences, as well as non-commercial premises. The infrastructure of the complex will also include a fitness center, gym, sauna, indoor and outdoor pools, conference rooms and much more. Parking for 2966 cars is also provided.
As for residences, formats are planned 1+1, 2+1, 2,5+1, 3+1 duplex and 6+2 duplex. According to preliminary estimates, more than four thousand people will be able to live on the territory of this entire "mini-city".
Shopping centers, sports complexes, schools and other social infrastructure facilities are located near the complex.
At the moment, it is planned that the land works will last 9 months, and the total duration of the work is 3 years.
Another news about providing thousands of residents with their own housing was received last week from Turkish Airlines: the airline decided to build housing for 14 000 THY employees on the land belonging to it in the Arnavutkey district of Istanbul.
