A new complex for half a billion lira will appear in Küçükçekmece

A giant project from Sinpaş GYO will decorate the Istanbul district of Küçükçekmece. The project was named Saklı Koru. There are 600 residential residences and 15 commercial premises, as well as an indoor swimming pool and a parking lot. It is reported that the amount of investment in the project will amount to more than half a billion Turkish lira (515,717,907 TL).

 

A plot of land with an area of 30 thousand square meters was selected for the project. A total of 13 blocks will be built. Three of them (C and D1-D2) will be combined. There will be both residential and commercial areas. Block I was allocated for parking, block G was for commerce. Well, all other blocks will be exclusively residential.

 

Among the residential lots, 321 residences belong to the category 1+1, 172 residences - 2+1, 85 residences - 3+1, and 22 residences - 4+1.

 

Saklı Koru has a convenient location, especially for buyers from the "families with children" category. TOKI Şehit Er Yılmaz Özdemir Elementary School is 500 meters away, Bahcesehir College is only 80 meters away; Hospital.Mehmet Akif Ersoy is three hundred meters away.

 

The New Airport is 25 km away, Küçükçekmece Lake is 1 km away; the Marmara Sea is also 6.5 km away.

 

According to preliminary estimates, the construction work will last 572 days. The project is planned to be commissioned in October 2025.
