New villa complex enters Gallipoli market

New villa complex enters Gallipoli market

In Canakkale (Gallipoli), on an area of about 50 hectares, one of the most impressive projects is being built, consisting entirely of villas.

On the territory of Villapark Gallipoli there will be 62 villas with views of the Canakkale Bridge; the format of mansions is 5 + 1, i.e. with five bedrooms. Peace will be provided by round-the-clock security, including by means of video surveillance cameras scattered throughout the entire area of the complex.

Within the framework of the Villapark Gallipoli project, a semi-Olympic swimming pool is planned, which, if desired, can be filled with either fresh or sea water; there is a huge landscaped area (the adjacent space consists of greenery and open spaces by 80%), paths for walking and running, recreation areas, a fully landscaped coastline and even an artificial waterfall.

As for the coast, Villapark Gallipoli residents will have access to their own beach, which is only 270 meters away.

If we talk about the location, Villapark Gallipoli is located 2.5 hours’ drive from Istanbul, on the territory of the province of Canakkale. Namely, a 30-minute drive from Canakkale proper and - which is also convenient - a 3.5-hours’ drive from Izmir. So, the complex is located relatively close to key Turkish cities.

The cost of the villas starts from 5.8 million liras. Buyers who are ready to purchase housing without resorting to mortgage lending - that is, for cash - will be offered a 12% discount as a "gift" for the start of sales. Installments are provided for 6 years (72 months); monthly payment starts from 19,400 Turkish lira.

Gallipoli (the second name is Gelibolu) is an area of the peninsula between one of the bays of the Aegean Sea and the Dardanelles Strait; a place with impressively beautiful nature, where one of the greatest battles in the history of Turkey took place. So, this location is also a "center of attraction" for tourists interested in the country's heritage.

Gallipoli is located on the territory of the province of Canakkale, one of the neighboring provinces of Istanbul. Land prices in Canakkale, by the way, are also growing very quickly, and this area as a whole is rapidly gaining investment popularity.
