KIPTAŞ, a subsidiary of Istanbul Municipality (IBB), has announced another of its projects as part of the urban transformation program.
An application for KIPTAŞ Kaper Sitesi has been submitted to the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization. The volume of investments is estimated at 557,366,173 Turkish liras (TL); the process of assessing the environmental impact of the future project has already started.
Kaper Sitesi will appear in the Kartal district, in the Yakadzhik quarter. It will include 584 residential residences and 14 commercial lots; covered parking with a total area of 11,304 square meters is also provided.
In total, seven building blocks will be built; their maximum height is 14 floors, including the basement. Residence formats are 1+1 and 2+1.
The KIPTAŞ Kaper Sitesi complex is designed for approximately 1,750 people.
New projects in Istanbul appear one after another, including not only residential ones - in April, the Istanbul Financial Center, which has been long awaited, was opened.
