The Department of Mass Housing Construction (TOKI), with the support of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, continues to invest in new housing as part of a social project that has covered the whole of Turkey.
Another landmark project, both in fact and in scale, will appear in the capital. A complex of almost six hundred residences (573 units) – Ankara Sinjan (Ankara Sincan) will be built in the Saraijik district. In addition to apartments, four shops will appear in it; well, the impressive territory of the complex will be fully landscaped.
In the near future, a tender will be held for the construction of one of the queues of this large-scale project.
Although, we recall that budget housing in Turkey is now available not only within the framework of state programs, but also thanks to «sales» of real estate from the funds of banks. One of these was recently announced by Vakifbank.
