Due to the Alya Merkezefendi project in Zeytinburnu (Istanbul) 456 new modern residences will appear at once.
The developer is BOSS4 Gayrimenkul, which, in addition to half a thousand residential premises, has included 15 shops in the complex's accompanying infrastructure, for the convenience of residents. There will also be a fitness club, a swimming pool, a sauna, a Turkish bath, a steam room; parking is designed for 500 cars.
The cost of the Alya Merkezefendi project is 347,858,740 Turkish lira (TL). The area of the land plot is tens of thousands of square meters.
Transport links to the residential complex will be provided by metrobuses, buses and metro: the entire transport infrastructure is very close.
Besides, near the complex there are a hostel, the University of Vakıfıiversitesi, a secondary school and other necessary social infrastructure.
The developer plans to start excavation work in the Alya Merkezefendi project in November 2022, and to hand over the project in November 2025. Thus, the developer expects to meet no more than 36 months.
Among other iconic Istanbul projects among the residential complexes under construction, Batyaka in Kartal and Taksim 360 on the square of the same name (Taksim) are also particularly attracting attention now.
