New three TOKI complexes for almost 900 residences will appear in Izmir

The Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change continues to invest in residential real estate without slowing down. Even despite the sad news of the past weeks.

The other day, information about new projects that the organization will begin implementing in 2023 in Izmir province was published on the official website of the Department of Mass Housing Construction (TOKI). In total, there will be 892 residences in three complexes located in different districts, Emlakkulisi writes.

Tenders for Izmir projects from TOKI will be held in February and March. Selchuk, Kiraz and Seferihisar districts were selected for the new complex.

The project will have 98 residences in Selchuk, 271 in Kiraz, and 523 in Seferikhisar at once.

The tender for the project in Selchuk - for 98 residential lots: construction, infrastructure and landscaping - will be held on February 22, 2023; for the project in the Kiraz area – on February 28, in Seferihisar - on March 9, respectively.

A little earlier, the Department of Mass Housing Construction offered low-income families inexpensive 2+1 apartments. There was also an action with a monthly payment of only about 1 500 TL.
