For real estate with daily rent, whose owners do not work properly to issue documents or, in principle, decided not to do so, fines were showered.

According to the Milliyet newspaper, only in Antalya, the police managed to issue fines totaling 1,701,674 TL to real estate companies that, for one reason or another, enterprises that do not comply with the rules regarding the provision of short-term rental housing, as well as to the tenants of such residences.

The "raid" with fines was carried out and continues to be carried out by the Antalya police as part of measures to combat crime, as well as to ensure peace and security throughout the province. According to the results of a recent inspection, 61 police brigades consisting of 147 employees checked 759 residential units of rented housing, 331 of it in the center of Antalya proper. Dozens of enterprises where data inconsistencies were found were sanctioned for non-compliance with the rules.

The "non-transparent" interaction between the landlord and the tenant in housing transactions (in order to avoid taxes or conceal part of the income) is becoming increasingly difficult to organize in Turkey: all documents on rental housing are gradually being transferred to electronic format. New measures to protect the rights of tenants have also been announced.
