Turkey's provinces with lowest growth rate of real estate prices revealed

Over the past six months of the mortgage boom and the related rise in property sales in Turkey, housing prices in some provinces have increased by record 39-50 percent. However, in some cities and provinces, very little or no rise in price. For example, the rise in housing prices was only 10 percent in Rize, Kyshehir, Yalova, Karaman, Ordu. In some towns of Rize, in Aksaray, Gumushkhan, Sivas, Van, Yozgart and Corum, apartment prices have not increased at all.

In which province apartments have risen the most? According to Emlak Kulisi, a specialized publication on construction and real estate in Turkey, the highest average cost of housing was recorded today in Mugla. It is 6,500 TL per square meter. In the second place there is Istanbul (4,300 TL per square meter), in the third - Izmir (3,900 TL per square meter), in the fourth - Aydin (3,600 TL per square meter). The province of Antalya closes the top five, where the average price per square meter of housing is 3,500 TL.
