A zoned land plot in Üsküdar District (Istanbul) is on sale. The seller is the Üsküdar Municipality. Bidding will take place on July 21, 2022.
The estimated value of the land plot is 30 million Turkish Lira (TL); the collateral is TL 900,000.
As for potential applications of the area, it is extremely promising for such a location and price: the existing 1,178 square meters are intended for development. Documentation also allows the construction of an approach road. That is why several investors have been targeting this plot long before the bids.
More and more potential buyers are interested in land in Turkey, particularly for residential development and in Istanbul, where development density is quite high and any new homes are sure to be in extremely high demand, especially in advantageous locations like Üsküdar.
Istanbul authorities have also recently announced a sale of land in the Fatih District.
