Consisting of 513 residences at once, a major project from developer Biskon Yapı will "update" Istanbul's Pendik district, Dolayoba quarter. It will be erected on land owned by Iller Bank. A name has already been chosen for the complex - Referans Pendik.
The volume of investments will amount to 1,514,741,443 Turkish lira (TL). The area of the land plot chosen for the project is 78,620 square meters.
According to the official data received, 513 residential and 53 commercial facilities are planned in the project. As for residential lots, the range of formats is atypical: in particular, 22 residences of the 2.5+1 format (with 2.5 rooms plus a living room) are provided. Another 232 apartments 2 + 1, 43 format 3.5 + 1, 16 by 3.5 +2. There will also be lots with 4.5 bedrooms, 5 bedrooms, etc.

The location of Referans Pendik is very convenient: The Pendik National Garden is within walking distance, while the residential complex is located just 3.2 km from Sabiha Gokcen Airport and just over a kilometer from the Pendik ferry pier and the Marmara Sea.
The complex is planned to be built in 36 months.
"Boutique" projects like Mavera Boutique in Basaksehir are also in demand among investors in Istanbul.
